Download Application and Documentation
The current version of CoPilot is 5.3. This version requires Palm OS 3.5 or greater. If you have an older Palm, send me an email and I will send you an earlier version of CoPilot.
CoPilot can be downloaded from Handango. Simply tap the "Download Trial" link on the Handango site.
CoPilot can also be downloaded from PocketGear. Simply tap the "Free Trial" link on the PocketGear site.
The .zip file contains all of the items that you need:
- The CoPilot application (CoPilot.prc)
- The math library (MathLib.prc)
- The User's Manual (CoPilot Manual.pdf)
- A Readme file (Readme.txt)
In order to install CoPilot, you must open the zip file and install both CoPilot.prc and MathLib.prc. In order to install CoPilot and MathLib you should double click on the file -- this will instruct HotSync to prepare it for download. Once you have double clicked on both CoPilot and MathLib, simply perform a HotSync.
Use Adobe Acrobat to read the CoPilot Manual. If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat, you can download a free copy from here.
Upgrading From an Earlier Version
If you are upgrading from an earlier version of CoPilot, simply install the new version. The existing version will be replaced, and the existing databases will be converted for the new version. Do not delete the existing version before you install the new version.
